In case you’re wondering what to make this Valentine’s Day, see above. It’s the chocolate mousse pie from my cookbook shrunk down into pretty little individual portions. The Blondielocks featured these beauties on her blog a few weeks back and I just had to share. I love those little jars she used, but you could enlist regular half-pint mason jars or juice glasses instead. They will not detract from the chocolaty goodness, I can assure you. (Do include the raspberry and mint leaf garnish, though. Yes, men, I’m talking to you. Trust me on this one.)
The recipe makes a whole bunch of jars, so you and your special ones can have Valentine’s Day all week (longer if you’re single). So go on over to The Blondielocks for the recipe and then share the love.
Happy happy!
Yummmmm!!! I made this for valentines day... and every few days after that, seriously this mousse is incredible. I added 1 tsp of this chai spice blend I just ordered on etsy and it made it simply divine!
