I usually pour a little olive oil over the salad (just a bit) and sprinkle on just a bit of salt. And I like to use baby arugula. Yum.

Sounds like a great counter to a dessert cookbook =)

Yeah us husbands can cook. We just like to lull you into thinking what are we good for then surprise you.

My local WF has FINALLY been carrying Finnan Haddie which is my winter crack for soup, stew, and bean marriage. So - damn- good.

Yea for mackerel! I'm always searching for something to do with the canned fishes, which I've loved since childhood. Thanks!
