Now that I’ve finished the last piece of penuche, it’s time to purge my system of holiday excess. It’s not a resolution so much as a cold-turkey return to normalcy: not a lot of sugar, not a lot of alcohol, weekly trips to the winter farmer’s market, and frequent work-outs to hilariously awesome YouTube videos. Like this one.
