If you’re expecting a good post today, you can forget it. I’ve already eaten all of my cookies, and now I’ve moved on to decimating one or more rhubarb pies, so I’m not to be disturbed. Still, I wanted to say thanks for all of your nice comments. Don’t tell the others, but you guys are my favorites!
One thing I’ll mention is that the food fable anthology I was telling you about, the one in which I take colonial American history into my own hands, is available for pre-order through Amazon. Sometimes I think that pre-ordering a book that hasn’t been released yet can smack of desperation, so if you need to wait three days before placing your order, I’ll understand. Or just buy it when it’s actually on sale, whenever that's going to be. I’ll put a link over there in the sidebar so you don’t forget. Because sometimes, if books sell well, and people like them, they let you write one all by yourself!
