Verrill Farm, a popular, family-run farmstand and market in nearby Concord, burned to the ground on Saturday night. No one was hurt, luckily, but the structures were completely destroyed.
So sad. I hope they can rebuild. They’ve been around for a loooooong time.

Their update says they'll be selling tomatoes and corn later today. I hope they rebuild completely as well. They are one of a number of wonderful resources that need to be around.

Melissa: Agreed. Word is they will rebuild. The community is really rallying around them, which is another reason why local is good.
