Notes: Celery violation! No, not that kind of violation. The celery in the stuffing wasn’t local. In fact, I just realized that we didn’t get any celery as part of our farmshare this entire season. Nor have I noticed it at the farmer’s markets. Of course, who notices celery? Still, it has me wondering, does it even grow in New England? Or are Massachusetts farmers fed up with celery and its prima donna ways? I know I am.
