Wow, the questions are really flying in now. In response to popular demand (two requests, one from me), the question forum is now open. Ask a food-related question and I shall attempt to answer it by consulting Wikipedia and my crack team of know-it-alls (you know who you are). To submit an inquiry, e-mail me.
